Brenda Sabater is a passionate human resources executive with more than 17 years' experience in capacity-building, leading recruitment, diversity programs, emotional intelligence and leadership development programs, compliance training, and retention strategies for various organizations while expanding their culture and designing a scalable platform for significant anticipated growth. Her progressive methodology helps small to medium size businesses thrive in a nestled solid infrastructure encompassing integrated programs and technology. Brenda earned a bachelor of arts degree in communication at George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. She is a Certified Diversity Recruiter and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate from HRCI. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and National Associations of Restaurants.
